You’ll receive a clearly mapped hiring plan outlining process stages, timelines, interview formats, and decision points — so you always know what comes next.

Sourcing is multi-channel and targeted — combining social platforms, headhunting, Slack communities, meetups, and referrals. I don’t rely solely on job ads or traditional LinkedIn outreach.

I support the interview framework with job scorecards and candidate feedback templates — enabling consistent, objective evaluation.

You’re never flying blind. You receive weekly progress updates outlining market feedback, pipeline health, and next steps.

I manage referencing and offer facilitation through to acceptance — ensuring a smooth close.

My support continues post-placement. I stay connected with both client and candidate through structured check-ins to support onboarding success and mitigate risk.
